A Pinch of Gold for St. Patrick’s Day

Many people don’t realize that St. Patrick’s day is as much about food for the Irish as Thanksgiving Day is for Americans. The St. Patrick’s Day feast was celebrated as early as the 9th and 10th centuries and continues to this day where, in Ireland, it is a national holiday. This year you can celebrate by having your own St. Patrick’s day feast with an added pinch of gold by picking up one of our delightful devil’s food cupcakes, each one dusted with gold.

We also have incredible delicacies inspired by Irish Coffee. Irish coffee mousse cups, macaroons, brownies, and an absolutely unforgettable panna cotta. This panna cotta, made with Coole Swan Liqueur and an espresso ganache, is unbelievable. The sweet flavor of the cream mixes perfectly and smoothly with the chocolatey espresso goodness of the ganache. It comes in two sizes, and I want to tell you get the large one to share with your sweetheart, but you should really get two large ones… because you won’t want to share!

We even have a variety of devil’s food cakes, including one with a vintage St. Patrick’s Day card printed on top on edible rice paper! So celebrate this St. Patrick’s day with a feast of your own!
