Sourdough*
Traditional San Francisco style sourdough in rounds and baguettes
INGREDIENTS: flour, water, salt, potato starter

Whole Wheat
Our whole wheat is nutty with a wonderful whole grain flavor.
INGREDIENTS
: whole wheat flour (90%), while flour (10%), honey, molasses, cracked wheat, soy oil, yeast

Three Seed
Our whole wheat loaf with sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds
INGREDIENTS: sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds

German Rye
This dense loaf comes in rounds and loaves and has been a huge hit in German and Russian communities. Thinly sliced and served with a sliver of ham or a robust cheese, it is the perfect accompaniment to a tall, cold glass of dark beer.
INGREDIENTS
: whole wheat, white, and rye flour, water, salt, potato starter

Francese or Italiano
Same bread, but different shapes, they are both lighter and crustier than our other French-style breads. The Francese stick is a good table bread, and is the best bread to use for crostini or bruschetta. The italiano is a 1/2 pound loaf that's best cut in chunks and served with butter or a good olive oil.
INGREDIENTS: flour, water, salt

House Bread
It's sour, but not too sour, crusty and slightly dense. It's a great bread to bring to the table to serve with hearty mediterranean fare.
INGREDIENTS: white flour, water, salt, whole wheat starter

Baguettes
We offer Francese, Sourdough or Three Seed Sourdough.
INGREDIENTS: flour, water, salt, yeast or a starter

Buns
Whether you choose onion rolls, whole wheat seeded buns, Francese sandwich rolls or sesame seed hamburger buns, these will elevate any sandwich to a new level. They're best slightly toasted. Order ahead if you're feeding a crowd.

TUESDAY:

Oatmeal Bread
This is a hearty loaf and unlike most oatmeal bread, has no sugar of any sort. It's best toasted. INGREDIENTS: whole wheat and white flour, oats, milk powder, water, yeast, salt, soy oil

WEDNESDAY:

Molasses
This loaf is hearty, dark and sweet.
INGREDIENTS
: whole wheat, white and pumpernickel flours, rye meal, molasses, oil, brown sugar, salt, old fashioned oats

THURSDAY:

Potato Rolls and Loaves

This bread is made with real potatoes and potato water. Moist inside, and if warmed ever so slightly crusty on the outside.
INGREDIENTS: white flour, potatoes, potato water, sugar, milk powder, soy oil, yeast

SATURDAY:

Raisin Pumpernickel
INGREDIENTS: white flour, rye meal, water, coffee, molasses, burnt sugar, yeast, soaked raisins

Potato Rolls and Loaves
