Breads & Rolls


Store uneaten bread at room temperature in a sealed plastic bag.

To refresh bread, sprinkle lightly with water and warm at 325° oven for 6-8 minutes.

Uneaten bread may also be stored in the freezer for up to one week.

Pastries & Rolls


Store uneaten pastries in a sealed plastic bag.

Uneaten pastries may also be stored in the freezer for up to one week.

Reheat pastries in the oven at 325° for 6-8 minutes.

Store cakes in the refrigerator. One hour before serving, remove and let cake stand at room temperature.

Fruit & Other Pies


Store uneaten pastries in a sealed plastic bag.

Reheat pies in the oven at 325° for 15-20 minutes.

Cakes


Buttercream cakes and yule logs should be served at room temperature.

Whipped Cream cakes should remain in refrigeration until serving.

All other cakes should be removed from refrigeration 1-2 hours before serving.
