Our old fashioned white cake can be filled and iced any way you choose. We love to layer this cake with whipped cream and our homemade olallieberry filling.

Carrot Cake
Forget those heavy carrot cakes of the `60s. Our cake is moist and velvety; its flavor is punctuated with pineapple, coconut and a hint of spice.

Many of our customers swear by our creamy, California-style cheesecake with its cinnamon-touched graham cracker crust and light sour cream topping.

Lemon lovers choose our velvet-crumbed poppyseed cake paired with our sweet-tart lemon curd.

Orange Blossom

In truly European style, this sophisticated cake combines ground almonds with a touch of orange peel; we fill the cake with mandarin oranges and mounds of fresh cream, and set it off with a delicate grand marnier buttercream.

Italian Rum

Our Italian-American friends once celebrated every occasion with this special dessert from their corner bakery. Now we bring them the same delicate vanilla sponge kissed with rum, then touched with raspberry jam, and filled with creamy Meyer's rum custard.
