How to order


 
  1. To get started, reach out to our wedding cake specialist. We will need to know the date of the wedding and if you will be needing delivery or not. That way we can see if we can make this creation happen for you. Fill out this form or email: Weddings@butterybakery.com.

  2. We will contact you and ask you more details about the cake. If you aren’t sure about what designs you’d like, check out photos of what we’ve done in the past or take a look at some photos on Pinterest.com. We are happy to send some recommendations as well.

  3. In order to taste our cakes, we offer a set wedding cake tray that includes 7 different flavors for you to try. This tray costs $29 and can be ordered by email us. We do need a couple of days to prepare so please let us know in advance if you’d like one. (It’s not required to purchase a tray)

  4. Once you figure out what flavor you’d like, we go ahead and create a quote based on all the information you provide. If this quote looks good to you, we will send over an email invoice to pay the 50% deposit to secure your date. (You must put down a deposit to secure your date, please plan ahead since we do booked up early). Cancellations after the deposit has been made results in a charge of a $75 service fee.

  5. After payment, we will be reaching out to you couple of weeks before the wedding to finalize everything from design, serving count, logistics, and final payment. (Anything can be changed up until the final payment is made) Cancellations after the final payment have been made will result in a charge of $250 or 50% (whichever is less).

ALL CONSULTATIONS ARE PROCESSED OVER EMAIL/PHONE. WE DO NOT HAVE IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS
